- Need be clean and hygienic
- Must be up to date
- Must comply with HMO Regulations

- All bedrooms include a double bed, chest of draws and cupboard
- All lounge/ communal areas include a sofa, coffee table, lamp and cabinet
- All properties must have a cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine
- Garden area must be clean, tidy and usable
